Delete your Indiana RepTracker account

This process applies to accounts used on the Indiana RepTracker website and Android app, operated by BD Jacksons Inc.

Submit a request

Email support@billtrackindiana.net from your registered email address with the subject Indiana RepTracker account deletion request. Include your account name and say whether you want your whole account deleted or only particular data.

You can also use our Contact Us form. Enter your registered email address, use the same subject, and state: “Please delete my Indiana RepTracker account and its associated personal data.” You do not need the app installed to make this request.

Verification and timing

We verify ownership before deleting information. Do not send your password, verification codes or payment-card details. Account details, saved addresses, tracking preferences and individual poll responses are deleted within 30 days of a verified request.

Information that may remain

Records needed for billing, security or legal requirements may be retained for those purposes. De-identified aggregate reports may remain. Public legislative and campaign-finance source records are not your account data and are not removed by deleting an app account.

Subscriptions

Deleting your BillTrack account does not automatically cancel a Google Play or Stripe subscription. Cancel any subscription separately through Google Play’s subscription settings or the website billing portal to prevent future renewal. Deletion removes access to your saved account information.
